Located in Bolton, our Private Pregnancy Service now offers affordable 2D/4D Baby Ultrasound Scans from 6 weeks to 40+ weeks.
Your scan will be held in The Cillian Family Suite which was designed with families at the heart. From conception to the early years of life, the Suite offers services appropriate for the whole family.
For an additional £20 you can have access to an interactive app that will hold all scan pictures and videos of the baby; so you have no worry of losing those memories due to scratched CD’s or lost USB’s.
We also offer gender reveal souvenirs such as:

Keepsake purchase options include:

We have free onsite parking at our clinic and complimentary tea/coffee.
Antenatal Classes
We also provide antenatal classes to prepare you and your partner for the upcoming arrival (4 week blocks). Run by midwives we give practical tips and advice surrounding labour, pain relief options, post birth information and practical skills such as bathing and safe sleeping.
Hypnobirthing
These classes provide essential skills to a calming and enjoyable birth experience.

Frequently Asked Questions
We ask that you stay hydrated, a full bladder is a huge help especially for our early viability scans and 4D scans. You can also have a light snack a couple of hours before and bring your notes with you. Wear something comfortable, ideally 2 piece.
A 4D scan allows you to see features of the baby.
We will ask you to re-arrange your appointment for an alternative day.
If there is any problem you are in good hands. They will explain any concerns and ensure your are referred to your local antenatal clinic or fetal medical unit for ongoing care.
Yes, we are more than happy for you to bring some company.
Yes, you must attend all NHS antenatal appointments. Our scans are not a replacement for NHS anomaly scans.
A full qualified diagnostic sonographer and a fully trained chaperone can be provided if required.
Over 18, 16-17 year olds should be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Yes you can, just let us know beforehand. We can write this down for you and seal in an envelope for a later date.
We have a £25 surcharge which covers the extra time we need to scan 2 babies.
No, these are not as detailed. You must attend your NHS scans for a more extensive scan.
Your appointment slot will be 10-20 minutes but may take longer depending on extras you may decide to take away with you. If the baby is in a difficult position on the day you may be with us longer.
You can do this via phone or email but please do give us at least 24 hours notice.
When you arrive you will be asked to complete a few details with regards to your pregnancy, then the Sonographer/Chaperone will run through what you can expect.
You can come for as many scans as you want. We just ask you to have a minimum 2 week interval between scans.
