Managing Director
MBBS, PMETB (CTh)
Dr Naseef is the Managing Director at Chequers Health Group. He is responsible for liaising with GPs, CCGs and the ICS in Greater Manchester and beyond.
Dr Naseef graduated with an MBBS in 1996 and completed his Postgraduate Medical Education and Training in 2006. He has practised as a GP since 2006 and is contracted by NHS England to provide primary care services at a number of locations.

Irafan Omerji is Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Chequers Health, bringing over 20 years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices. He specialises in developing patient-focused services, driving market growth, and enhancing operational efficiency.
Passionate about healthcare innovation, he takes a data-driven, results-focused approach to keep Chequers Health at the forefront of accessible and preventative healthcare.

Chief Growth Officer
Dr. Zuhayr Adia is a young and dynamic NHS doctor and the Chief Growth Officer at Chequers Health Group. A graduate of King’s College London, he trained at world-renowned institutions including Guy’s Hospital, St Thomas’ Hospital, and King’s College Hospital. His clinical interests include Psychiatry, Pain Management, and Healthcare Leadership, with a strong focus on using innovation to improve patient outcomes.
In his leadership role at Chequers Health Group, Dr. Adia combines medical expertise with technical insight to drive growth, enhance digital solutions, and expand the organisation’s impact.

Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Aasim Adia is the Chief Medical Officer at Chequers Health, where he oversees all clinical services, including radiology and diagnostic testing. A Radiologist in the North West of England, he brings a broad clinical background spanning vascular surgery, cardiology, paediatrics, psychiatry, general practice, and acute internal medicine.
Dr. Adia holds a First Class Honours MSc in Medical Imaging and has received national recognition for his academic achievements, including awards from the British Society of Interventional Radiology and the Charles Thakrah Turner Prize. Alongside his leadership role, he serves as a Junior Clinical Lecturer with the North West School of Radiology and is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care through innovation, education, and clinical excellence.

Chief Technology Officer
CISA, ISO/IEC 27001 LA, CCSS, CCNA, JNCIA
Aaditya Khwakhwali works as an Information Security and GRC Professional. He is responsible for overseeing network security operations, executing Information Systems (IS) audits, and managing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks for his organization.
Aaditya has developed extensive expertise in the cybersecurity and networking fields, achieving professional recognition as a Certified Information Systems Auditor and an IRCA ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Lead Auditor. His strategic audit capabilities are supported by a strong technical foundation, holding multiple specialized certifications including Cisco Certified Specialist - Security Core, CCNA R&S, JNCIA - Junos, and JNCIA - Cloud.

Corporate Services Manager
Megan started her career as a Business Administrator in I.T in 2011 and has since progressed to a career in Accounting at one of the biggest car dealers in the UK.
Her range of knowledge from the major corporations she has worked for in the past will help to determine business strategy and direction as well as contributing to the objectives of Chequers Health Group.

Business Support Executive
As a part of our dedicated Business Support Team, Laura provides both patient-facing, project management and back-office support.
Laura’s experience as a Health Care Assistant and Supervisor of a residential home for the last decade ensures the best care for our patients and she is a very valuable asset for Chequers Health Group.

Business Support Officer
Umama Sajal brings valuable experience in education, healthcare, and community work to her role as Business Support Officer at Chequers Health. With a background that includes volunteering in hospices, schools, and youth programmes, she has developed strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills. Her experience as a supply teacher and volunteer across multiple settings has strengthened her ability to adapt, problem-solve, and support diverse teams. At Chequers Health, Umama’s dedication to helping others and her proactive approach contribute to smooth operations and a positive patient experience.

Business Support Officer

As a part of our dedicated Business Support Team, Humayoun provides both patient-facing, project management and back-office support.
Humayoun has had many years of experience in customer service and brings a high level of expertise when it comes to dealing with patients’ needs and answering queries.
